At Rege International, Isaiah Gitonga plays a critical role in shaping the company’s direction and growth. He works closely with the CEO and other executives to identify and prioritize new opportunities, develop strategic plans, and foster relationships with key stakeholders. His analytical skills, strategic mindset, and cross-functional expertise have helped the company to expand its programs and partnerships and to remain competitive in a rapidly changing industry.
At Redge International, Faith plays a critical role in ensuring that the company’s HR and operational policies and practices align with its mission, values, and goals. She works closely with the executive team to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that attract, retain, and develop top talent. She also oversees the company’s administrative and operational functions, ensuring that they run efficiently and effectively.
At Redge International, Mwangi is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our digital operations, from website design and development to online marketing and analytics. He is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest digital trends and technologies and is always looking for new ways to improve our online presence and enhance our customers’ experience.
As a certified IELTS Trainer, she is responsible for developing and delivering the company’s IELTS preparation program, which includes in-person and online classes, practice tests, and one-on-one coaching sessions. She also trains and manages a team of IELTS trainers who work with students to help them improve their English language skills and prepare for the exam.
